February's batch of hummus is infused with love &...INSPIRATION! May you take inspired action in your life now and always.
How would you feel if you received an email from your favorite brand or person and a statement like the above was carefully crafted at the end of each email?
These are the exact words you will find at the end of each and every single one of Delighted By Hummus’ employees emails throughout the entire month of February.
Our hummus is always infused with love, but it’s more than just that. Each month we also infuse something additional to it with the hopes that it will help the end consumer (that’s you!) spread your glitter as far as you can.
Inspired action, while it sounds lovely and attainable, can be difficult to truly form action around.
The dictionary says inspiration is, “a sudden brilliant, creative, or timely idea.”
The best part about inspiration is that it’s 100% subjective; unique to the individual who is feeling it, at any given moment. Finding it, though, opens up a whole new world.
Your lens on life is clearer, happier, and more engaged.
4 Ways to Find Inspiration

Make an inspirational quote board(Alternatively, create a Manifestation Board.) Find your favorite quotes that make you feel excited and motivated. Write them down in a notebook, online somewhere, or on an actual large quote board you can hang up and see daily. How about these 3 to get you started:
- “Do one thing every day that scares you.” - Eleanor Roosevelt
- “The things you do for yourself are gone when you are gone, but the things you do for others remain as your legacy.” ― Kalu Ndukwe Kalu
- “I dream my painting and I paint my dream.” ― Vincent Willem van Gogh
Go to a new environmentMonotony might prove to be your inspiration’s worst enemy. If you’re always contained within the same parameters, jump outside of them. Change up the scenery. New sights, smells, sounds, and more could infuse sudden brilliance.
Sit still with your goals, plans, and dreamsSometimes if you just sit still and be in the moment with all forward-thinking goals, plans, and dreams, it’s enough to help fuel any and all inspiration. It’s far easier to get caught up in the doing than it is to sit with the being.
Seek your creative outletFor some, writing and art is their outlet; for others it’s cooking, baking, and creating with food (ahem, Makenzie, the Delighted By Hummus founder). Whatever and wherever that is for you, seek it as often as possible.
Inspiration is everywhere. We find what we seek, and we seek what we desire.
In case you need a little extra help, grab some Delighted By Hummus and dig into a dessert filled with flavor, love, and inspiration.
